| The Beeter race team didn't have that great of a night. The rain has made the track real rough and that is hard on race cars. Also the wreck between Brandon and Brock seems to be haunting us still. Brandon was smoking in the heat and then in the feature his axle broke and did damage to the rear end again, A DNF for him. So a lot of work for Brandon this week to change rear ends. Thanks to Ron Kostanko for doing our gears and to Bob Fuegmann for having the vacuum plates we needed so we are ready to change rear ends. Thanks to Kelly Rambel for the rear end he got for Brandon & thanks to Northern Brake for doing our brakes also. Brock had a great heat race and he almost got it done. All the banging at the end he got a flat tire after the heat race. Then in the feature it was very rough, a lot of banging again. He got a flat tire and got it changed during the caution. Its been really rough as of late and I do believe that the rain has not helped the track at all. I'm also having a hard time with some of the driving of some of the veterans (not the rookies) their driving abilities. I'm disappointed in a lot of them. They seem to have a lot of horse power but can not control there cars and it is causing a lot of damage to innocent drivers who get caught up in the mess. Its to bad something can't be done about it. Well Brock has to fix his steering box and just go over some things to get ready for next week. 47mom48 |
